Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Tokyo  

  • Haneda/Narita Airport - Upon arrival you will meet with our local representative
  • Asakusa Sight-Seeing - Asakusa is the center of Tokyo's shitamachi (literally "low city"), one of Tokyo's districts, where an atmosphere of the Tokyo of past decades survives. Asakusa's main attraction is Sensoji, a very popular Buddhist temple. Nakamise Shopping Street - The Nakamise shopping street stretches over approximately 250 meters from Kaminarimon to the main grounds of Sensoji Temple. It is lined by more than 50 shops, which offer local specialties and the usual array of tourist souvenirs. Asakusa Kannon Temple - Asakusa Kannon Temple is a Buddhist temple located in Asakusa. It is one of Tokyo's most colorful and popular temples. In the year 628, there were two brothers fished a statue of Kannon, the goddess of mercy, out of the Sumida River, and even though they put the statue back into the river, it always returned to them.  
  • Consequently, Sensoji was built nearby for the goddess of Kannon.  
  • The temple was completed in 645, making it Tokyo's oldest temple. Akihabara - The worlds biggest electronics town.  
  • From computers, mobile phones, games, televisions, cameras to watches, absolutely every electronic device is on sale here.  
  • Akihabara also called Akiba after a former local shrine, is a district in central Tokyo, that is famous for its many electronics shops.  
  • In more recent years, Akihabara has gained recognition as the center of Japan's otaku (diehard fan) culture, and many shops and establishments devoted to anime and manga are now dispersed among the electronic stores in the district. Sumida River Cruise  
  • The Tokyo Cruise Ship Tokyo to Kanko Kisen (Tokyo Metropolis Sightseeing Ship) is a water bus operator in Tokyo.

Day 2

Tokyo - Yokohama - Tokyo  

  •   Imperial Palace Plaza - The current Imperial Palace is located on the former site of Edo Castle, a large park area surrounded by moats and massive stone walls in the center of Tokyo, a short walk from Tokyo Station.
  • It is the residence of Japan's Imperial Family. National Diet Building -The Japanese parliament is called the Diet.  
  • It consists of the House of Representatives (480 members) and the House of Councilors (242 members).  
  • The members of the Diet are elected by the Japanese people. The Tokyo Tower - With 333 meters, Tokyo Tower is 13 meters taller than its model, the Eiffel Tower of Paris, and the world's tallest self-supporting steel tower.  
  • It was completed in the year 1958 as a symbol for Japan's rebirth as a major economic power and serves as a television and radio broadcast antenna and tourist attraction. Ginza - The Ginza is Tokyo's most famous upmarket shopping, dining, and entertainment district, featuring numerous department stores, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, nightclubs, and cafes.Yokohama - With a population of over three million people Yokohama is Japan's second largest city.  
  • Yokohama is located less than half an hour south of Tokyo by train and is the capital of Kanagawa Prefecture. Chinatown - Yokohama Chinatown is Japan's largest Chinatown, located in central Yokohama.  
  • Yokohama Chinatown quickly developed after the port of Yokohama had been one of the first Japanese ports to be opened to foreign trade in 1859.  
  • It became the residence of the many Chinese traders who settled down in the city. Yokohama Minato Mirai Area - Minato Mirai area is a seaside urban area in central Yokohama whose name means "harbor of the future".  
  • It has many large high-rises, including the Landmark Tower, which was Japan's tallest building from 1993 until 2014.  
  • The area was a large shipyard until the 1980s when development began to turn it into a new city center. Red Brick Warehouses - The Red Brick Warehouses (akarenga soko in Japanese) used to serve the area when it was a port, but have since been converted. They now offer a unique atmosphere for shopping.  
  • The two buildings have a number of shops that offer interesting products, as well as some restaurants and floor space dedicated to events and exhibitions.

Day 3

Tokyo - Mt. Fuji - Hakone - Bullet Train (Shinkansen) - Kyoto  

  • Mt. Fuji - Mount Fuji (Fujisan) is with 3776 meters Japan's highest mountain. It is not surprising that the nearly perfectly shaped volcano has been worshipped as a sacred mountain and experienced big popularity among artists and common people.
  •  Lake Ashi Cruise - Lake Ashi or Hakone Lake, is a scenic lake in the Hakone area of Kanagawa Prefecture in Japan.  
  • It is a crater lake that lies along the southwest wall of the caldera of Mount Hakone, a complex volcano.  
  • The lake is known for its views of Mt. Fuji and its numerous hot springs.  
  • A number of pleasure boats and ferries traverse the lake, providing scenic views for tourists and passengers. Hakone - Hakone is part of the Fuji - Hakone - Izu National Park, less than 100 kilometers from Tokyo.  
  • Famous for hot springs, outdoor activities, natural beauty and the view of nearby Mt. Fuji, Hakone is one of the most popular destinations among Japanese and international tourists looking for a break from Tokyo. Owakudani - Owakudani is the area around a crater created during the last eruption of Mount Hakone some 3000 years ago.  
  • Today, much of the area is an active volcanic zone where sulfurous fumes, hot springs, and hot rivers can be experienced.  
  • Additionally, Owakudani has good views of Mount Fuji on clear days.    
  • Proceed to Kyoto by Bullet Train (Shinkansen)    
  • Kyoto - Kyoto is located in the central part of the island of Honshu, Japan.  It has a population close to 1.5 million.  Formerly the imperial capital of Japan for more than one thousand years,  it is now the capital city of Kyoto Prefecture located in the Kansai region, as well as a major part of the Kyoto - Osaka - Kobe metropolitan area.

Day 4

Kyoto - Golden Pavilion (Kinkakuji Temple) - Ryoanji Stone Garden - Osaka Castle -Shopping at Tempozan Village

  • Golden Pavilion (Kinkakuji Temple) - Golden Pavilion is in northern Kyoto whose top two floors are completely covered in gold leaf.  
  • Formally known as Rokuonji, the temple was the retirement villa of the shogun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu, and according to his will, it became a Zen temple of the Rinzai sect after his death in 1408. Ryoanji Stone Garden - Ryoanji (The Temple of the Dragon at Peace) is a Zen temple located in northwest Kyoto, Japan.  
  • It belongs to the Myoshinji School of the Rinzai branch of Zen Buddhism.  
  • The Ryoanji garden is considered one of the (if not the) finest surviving examples of karesansui ("dry landscape"), a refined type of Japanese Zen temple garden design generally featuring distinctive larger rock formations arranged amidst a sweep of smooth pebbles (small, carefully selected polished river rocks) raked into linear patterns that facilitate meditation.  
  • The temple and its gardens are listed as one of the Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto, and as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Osaka Castle -  
  • The construction of Osaka Castle started in 1583 on the former site of the Ishiyama Honganji Temple, which had been destroyed by Oda Nobunaga thirteen
  • years earlier. Toyotomi Hideyoshi intended the castle to become the center Shopping at Tempozan Village - Free time for shopping at Tempozan  
  • Village. Tempozan Village is located next to Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, one of the largest aquariums in the world. The wheel has a height of 112.5 metres (369 ft).

      • Nufly Tours reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point of time, due to many reasons including but not limited to force majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, flights, cancellation (or) re-routing of flights, closure (or) entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. In the occurrence of any unfortunate events, we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements.       • For all disputes of whatsoever, nature relating to the tours marketed/coordinated by NUFLY Tours. The courts in the state of Tamil Nadu shall alone have jurisdiction, and the Laws of the Republic of India shall apply.

      Cancellation

        • 25 % of the package cost will be charged if cancelled before 20 days of the departure date.

        • 50 % of the package cost if cancelled before 15 days of the departure date.

        • 75 % of the package cost if cancelled before 8 days of the departure date.

        • No Refund to avail if cancelled before 7 days of the departure date.
