TOURIST VISA DOCUMENTS:-

DOCUMENTS FROM INDIA:-

• Original Passport with minimum 6 months validity (from the date of return) and minimum two blank pages

* Need to Notarize all pages of passport copy

• Old passports (if any)
  
• One visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant on page 17

*Please note: Applicant mobile number should be mentioned in visa form as Embassy / Consulate can contact the applicant at any point of time during visa processing.

•  Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
• The photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
• Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from the applicant stating his name, passport number, purpose and duration of visit addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Austria, New Delhi.
• Accommodation proof - Hotel Bookings - (for the stay period in Austria)
• Onward and Return Tickets or Itinerary
• Day to day Schedule
• Copy of travel insurance for the period of stay + 15 days additional after the travel in Austria

If Employed

• NOC letter from the Employer 
  
• Payslips for the last 6 months 
  
• Personal IT papers for the last 3 years 
  
• Personal Bank Statement for the last six months 
  

If Self Employed

• Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation  
  
• Company Profile  
  
• MOA / Partnership Deed 
  
• Personal & Company IT papers for the last 3 years 
  
• Personal & Company Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank's name, Bank's Telephone Number 

• They should provide the Covering Letter on his company letterhead (or) company letterhead 3 no's  

If Student

• No objection letter from school/college/university 
  
• ID card copy 
  

If Retired

• Pension proof (If any)  
  
• Bank statement for last six months  
  
• IT papers for the last 3 years  
  

If Agriculturist

• VAO letter  
  
• Property documents copy translated in English  
  

In Case of Minor

• A NOC by parents, ITR and Bank Statement.
• If one of the parents is accompanying the minor then a NOC attested by a notary has been to submit by the other parent.
• Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.
• Brief Company Profile.
• Articles of Memorandum (In case the applicant is MD/Director)
• Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case the applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
• Import / Export License (if applicable)

 Note: 

• You have to schedule an appointment date for biometrics and for submitting the documents
• Please keep your hands clean without any wounds or Mehandi during biometrics
