TOURIST VISA DOCUMENTS:-

DOCUMENTS FROM INDIA:-

• Original Passport with validity of minimum three months (from the date of return) and minimum two blank pages (Back to back) for visa stamp.
• Old passports (if any)
• Copy of passport stamped pages (the blank pages don't need to be copied)
• One visa application form duly filled and signed

*The following form also needs to be duly filled, signed and submitted along with the application;

• 2 recent photos - 35mm x 45mm with matt or semi-matt finish - 60%-80% face closer - white background and without border
•  The photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
• Onward and Return Confirm Ticket or Itinerary
• Day to day Schedule
• Hotel confirmation for the period of stay in Belgium
• Copy of travel insurance for the period of stay + 15 days additional after the travel in Belgium

If Employed

• NOC letter from the Employer mentioning the full details of the travel with travel dates
• Payslips for the last 6 months 
  
• Personal IT papers for the last 3 years 
  
• Personal Bank Statement for the last six months with bank seal and signature
  

If Self Employed

• Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation  
  
• Company Profile  
  
• MOA / Partnership Deed 
  
• Import / Export Code (if applicable) 
  
• Personal & Company IT papers for the last 3 years 
  
• Personal & Company Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank's name, Bank's Telephone Number, seal and signature
•  Covering Letter from applicant on business letterhead stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Consulate of Belgium, Mumbai
  

If Student

• No objection letter from school/college/university

If Agriculturist

• Original Invitation letter/Guarantee letter from the inviter - stating the purpose of stay, address, telephone number, e-mail , address and the period of stay of the guest(s)- (Please find the form below) 
  
• Inviter Copy of the id card or residence permit, mentioning the right to reside in Belgium for an unlimited period.
• Inviter passport first and last page copies (with all stamped pages)
• Family composition (document available at the municipality where the guarantor resides).
• Inviter  last 3 months salary slips
• Last 3 years of assessment paper from the tax department in Belgium
•  Proof of family relationship

If Employed
