TOURIST VISA DOCUMENTS:-

DOCUMENTS FROM INDIA:-

• Original Passport with 6 months validity and minimum two blank pages
  
•  Old passports (if any)  
  
• One visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant
• 3 recent photos - 35mm * 45mm- Matt or Semi Matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background

Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

• Covering Letter from the applicant stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Canadian High Commission, New Delhi. 

If the Applicant is Self Employed

• They should provide the Covering Letter on his company letterhead (or) company letterhead 3 no's
  
• Hotel Confirmation for the period of stay.
• Day to day Schedule
• Confirm Onward and return tickets or Itinerary
  

If Employed

• NOC letter from the Employer
  
• Payslips for the last 6 months
  
• Personal IT papers for the last 3 years
  
• Personal Bank Statement for the last six months with bank seal and signature
  

If Self Employed

• Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
  
• Company Profile
  
•  MOA / Partnership Deed
  
• Import / Export Code (if applicable)
  
• Personal & Company IT papers for the last 3 years
  
• Personal & Company Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank's name, Bank's Telephone Number with bank seal and signature
  

If Student

• No objection letter from school/college/university
  
• ID card copy
  

If Retired

• Pension proof (If any)
  
• Bank statement for last six months
  
• IT papers for the last 3 years
  

If Agriculturist

• VAO letter
  
• Property documents copy in English with the original version copy (if any)
  

Medical Requirements

•  Health Insurance must if over 70 years. (ALL PAX ABOVE 70 YRS. TO GO THROUGH MEDICALS).
  

MEDICALS WILL BE REQUESTED BY THE EMBASSY/CONSULATE ONCE THE VISA IS UNDER PROCESS

BUSINESS VISA DOCUMENTS:-

DOCUMENTS FROM CANADA:-

• Invitation Letter from a Canadian company on its letterhead stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory's name and designation.
  
• Exhibition or Fair: Exhibition Fair registration letter from Canada

• If not a Canadian Citizen: Sponsor's passport (all stamped pages)and visa/PR copy
• If a Canadian Citizen: Sponsor's passport copy along with marriage certificate or birth certificate or any expired Indian passport first and last page
