Business visa Requirements:-

Passport: Original Passport with validity of a minimum of six months and a minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)

Indonesia Visa Application Form: One visa application form duly filled and signed. (Only with Black Pen)

Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, with Red background (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

Please note: Photographs should not be more than three months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from the applicant on company's letterhead stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to - The Visa Officer, Embassy of Republic of Indonesia, New Delhi

Invitation letter: Invitation Letter from Indonesia host / Inviting Company should come through the “Department of Immigration”-Jarkata and directly faxed to the Embassy and one copy to us.

If applying for more than 90 days:

a) An Immigration message from the Immigration Authorities from Jakarta is required. If the immigration message is not available, the application would be referred to Jakarta for approval.

Financial:

a) Bank statement for the last six months.

b) Credit Card copy/Foreign Exchange endorsement/Traveler's Cheque.

Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation for the period of stay.

Ticket: Confirmed Air Ticket.

Duration: 2 Weeks.
