PHILIPPINES

Tourist visa Requirements:-

•  Original Passport with validity of a minimum of six months and a minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
•  Photocopy of data and amendment pages of the applicant's passport.
•  Attach all your old passports (if any)
•  One visa application form duly filled and signed.
•  One recent passport size photographs with matte or semi-matte finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
• The photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.(You can use the same photograph which you have used to get Destination Visa)
• Covering Letter: Covering letter from the applicant on the company's letterhead stating the applicant's name, designation, purpose and duration of the visit.
• (If applying in Delhi)-The letter should be addressed to "The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Philippines, New Delhi"
• (If applying in Mumbai)-The letter should be addressed to "Honorary Consulate of Philippines, Mumbai"

Note:

a) Proof of sufficient funds for travel expenses, accommodation and subsistence

b) Copy of Evidence of Residency in the country of origin.

Business visa Requirements:-

•  Original Passport with validity of a minimum of six months and a minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
•  Photocopy of data and amendment pages of the applicant's passport.
•  Attach all your old passports (if any)
•  One visa application form duly filled and signed.
•  One visa application form printed back to back, duly filled and signed by the applicant as per passport.
• One recent passport size photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
• Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from the applicant on the company's letterhead stating applicant's name, designation, purpose, duration of visit and number of entries applied for (single/multiple entry valid for 6 months or 1 yr).
• (If applying in Delhi)-The letter should be addressed to "The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Philippines, New Delhi"
• (If applying in Mumbai)-The letter should be addressed to "Honorary Consulate of Philippines, Mumbai"
• Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Philippines host / inviting Company on its letterhead stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory's name and designation.
• If applying from Delhi:

a) Registration of Philippine Company and own company (if applicable)

• Financials :

a) Companys' and Personal ITR for the last 3 yrs.

b) Original Personal Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank's name, Bank's Telephone Number clearly

c) Salary Slips for the last three months

• If applying from Mumbai:

a) Credit card copy is mandatory

b) Indian Company appointment letter

Note:

• If employed, a Certificate of the current employment from employer stating the employer's full name address and telephone no., applicant's length of service and salary details is also required.
• W.e.f 23rd April 2012, The Visa Fee for Same Day will be submitted in the morning along with the application and even if Philippines Embassy is not able to issue Visa on the Same Day, the fee will not be refunded

Normal Processing : 3 Working Days
