LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR BUSINESS VISA:

•          Valid passport with validity of more than 6 months  
•          Old passport (if any) 
•          2 recent passport size photos with white background - not more then 1 month old 
•          One Visa Form (DHA-84) duly filled in BLOCK letters, signed by the applicant and signed in BLACK ink 
•          Visa form must not have any correction and must be very neat 
•          Signatures of both parent required for children age below 18 years 
•          Signature in visa form must match with signature in passport. 
•         Letter of invitation from the South African organizers/hosts stating the name, passport number of the applicant as well as purpose, travel dates and the duration of the visit. The letter must have the physical address, as well as contact details of the host and host's/authorized signature's name, designation and signature  
•          Travel Dates in Request Letter, Invitation Letter and air ticket must be same
•           Visa The office may ask for Host's ID copy attested by the commissioner of OATHS (South Africa)
•           Onward /Return ticket with ticket number
•            Vaccination certificate, (yellow fever) If an applicant will travel through or stay in the yellow fever belt.
