SWEDEN

VISITING OR TOURISM VISA DOCUMENTS:-

• One Application form filled and signed by the applicant for Sweden Visa.
  
• Photograph 3 no's not older than six months with white background (35mmX 45mm).
• Original and copy of passport with minimum 6 months validity.
• Personal Bank statement for the last 6 months with bank seal and signature.
• Rental Income (If any).
• Property documents in English or translated in English along with original version copy.

DOCUMENTS FROM SWEDEN:-

• An invitation letter with a sign

**Please Note:-If the invitee person will cover any costs related to the applicant's visit, for a family/friend visit, copies of any official documents that show the family link with the applicant (family book, birth certificate, etc.)

• Inviter's Employer letter.
• Payslip and Bank statement for the last 6 months.
• Inviter's Passport, Visa/PR and Resident Permit copy.
• Certificate proving the existence of family relationship – Kinship proof.
• If staying in Hotel:-Hotel reservation.
• Day to day Schedule ( If no relations in Sweden).

**Please note:-In case staying with a family member or a friend proof of private accommodation proof (Lease agreement) from the host.

Onward and return ticket or itinerary.

• Travel insurance for the travel dates + 15 days additional after the travel dates.

If Self-Employed

• Company Registration and Profile.
  
• Partnership deed or MOA.
  
• Company and Personal IT papers for the last 3 years.
  
• Company and Personal Bank statements covering the last 3 months with bank seal and signature. 

If Employed

• NOC letter from the Concern /Company.
• Payslips for the last 6 months.
• Bank statement covering the last 3 months with bank seal and signature.
• Personal IT papers for the last 3 years.

If Student

• Bonafide from the Institute.
• ID card copy.

For minor travelling alone

• Copy of Birth Certificate with Consent Letter in the form of Affidavit signed by both parents with Copy of any passport.

For minor travelling with one parent

• Copy of Birth Certificate with Consent Letter in the form of Affidavit signed by the parent not travelling with Copy of any passport.

If Retired

• Pension Copy(If any).
• Bank statement covering the last 3 months with bank seal and signature. 
• Personal IT papers for the last 3 years (If any).

If Agriculturist

• VAO letter.
• English translated copy of property documents with the original version copy.
