TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS:-

•  Original Passport with validity of a minimum of six months and a minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)
•  The visa application form has to be filled online by the applicant. 
• 2 recent passport size  photographs with matte or semi-matte finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
•  Photographs should not be more than three months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
• Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from the applicant on the business letterhead stating the name, designation, purpose of the trip, duration of the trip, where they will stay and who will bear the charges. The letter should be addressed to The Visa Officer, Taipei Economic and Cultural Centre, New Delhi
• Financials: Personal bank statement for the last three months , Bank statement for the last five months
•  Hotel Confirmation for the period of stay
•  Confirmed Air Ticket

BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENTS:-

• Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from the applicant on the company's letterhead stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Taipei Economic and Cultural Centre, New Delhi.
• Invitation Letter :

a) An invitation letter from Taiwan should be signed by authorized signatory. The invitation letter should be brought to the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center (TECC) along with the application. Do not fax or email them to TECC.

b) ID card copy or Registration Certificate Copy of the Authorized Signatory.

• Please Note: Applicant who has travelled to Taiwan for business purposes in the last 2 years can apply their case without Registration of the company /License.
• Personal Bank Statement for the last five months.
• For First Time Traveler (Following documents apart from the above-mentioned documents need to be submitted along with the application)

a) Original Highest Degree Certificate

b) Original Salary statement for the last six months.

•  Hotel Confirmation for the period of stay
•  Confirmed Air Ticket
