LIST OF THAILAND TOURIST VISA DOCUMENTS:-

• Original Passport with validity of a minimum of six months and a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamping.
• Photos 3 no's (35mm*45mm) with White background.
  
• Filled Application Form - 2 copies in blue ink and signed by the applicant.
• Covering letter mentioning the travel details and duration of the stay with a sign.

 If Employed

•  NOC Letter from Employer or Employer ID card copy.

If Self Employed

•  Company Registration and covering letter on Employer letterhead with a sign. 
• 6 Months Bank Statement with bank seal and signature.  

(Bank statement should contain transactions for 6 months with Closing Balance of Rs.40,000/- per person)

• Onward and Return Confirmed Ticket Copy.
  
• Hotel Confirmation.
